Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MCP Bridge ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MCP Bridge provides a connection layer between Claude AI and third-party applications (Gmail, Slack, Calendar, etc.) through the Model Context Protocol (MCP). The Service enables Claude to interact with your authorized applications on your behalf.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
  • One person or entity may not maintain multiple free accounts

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
  • Use the Service to send spam, phishing, or malicious content
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Exceed reasonable usage limits or abuse the Service

5. Fair Use Policy

The Service includes usage limits (tool calls per month) based on your subscription plan. Excessive usage that impacts service quality for other users may result in throttling or account suspension. We will attempt to contact you before taking action.

6. Third-Party Integrations

  • The Service connects to third-party applications using OAuth authorization
  • You are responsible for complying with third-party terms of service
  • We are not responsible for third-party service availability or changes
  • Third-party integrations may be added, modified, or removed at any time

7. Payment and Billing

  • Paid plans are billed monthly in advance
  • Prices may change with 30 days notice
  • Refunds are provided at our discretion
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by MCP Bridge. You retain ownership of your data and content processed through the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MCP BRIDGE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
